Green card & contact centre manager

Hi Guys, I am having a horid time getting info wrt details on the green card & work permit process. I am from Cape Town, South Africa & my wife and I want to move to Ireland(but not nessacarily to the main centres) & yup, we are non - EU memebers.
We both work in the Contact Centre industry & I have 5 years experience in Call Centre teamleader/management, while my wife has web based call centre helpdesk experience.

The GreenC has a category that pertains to Industry specialist managers & other managers - what exactely does this pertain to? Would Call centre manager fall into this category?

The WorkP excludes all clerical & admin work; now one fellow told me that my application would most probably fall into this category - surely this cannot be correct, as my ocupation is that of managing & not clerical work.

Is there anyone out there that has received GC or WP relating to call centre work, especially wrt team leader or management position, or perhaps you have something to share?
