urgent help needed-PSW-Dependent

Post by black_pearl » Thu Sep 25, 2008 9:47 am

Greetings

im a resident of Pakistan.my husband is in UK on a Student Visa for more than 3 years.he applied for a change in his status to Tier1 Post Study Work category this month and his visa application is in process.as his dependent i have a few questions:
1:considering that he has been in UK for more than 3 years, how much maintenance fund do i need to show in my bank statement and for what duration of time?
2:what supporting documents need to be attached with my application?

i sincerely hope that you will reply at your earliest convenience.
thank you,
regards,

thank you for your timely response.i already have gone thru the above mentioned documents.i still would like to confirm if i understood it correctly.
does the transitional period in place is applicable to me considering that iam in Pakistan and that i will submit my application from within pakistan.
secondly, do i need to submit documentary support to show that my marriage is existing?as in correspondence with my husband, calling cards, any other documents?
kindly reply at your earliest.

1. Transitional arrangements are only for applications made in UK.
2. Unless the guidance instructs you to provide additional evidence, marriage certificate issued by a govt. body should suffice.
