Spouse visa without accomodation proofs

Hi all

I am applying for my wife's visa under Tier 2 general dependent visa.

Can I apply with these only

1. CoS with sponsor showing support for dependent
2. Bank statements for 3 months
3. BRP
4. Marriage certificate and proofs of subsisting relation.

Why I can't have housing accommodation proofs ?
I currently live in a shared accommodation. No bill exists in my name except bank statement.
I am planning to rent a house in May and I have not yet finalized anything .

My wife will be travelling in May however she has to apply in March as post that she will be busy with a family function and also will not be able to travel to Visa application office.

Has anyone previously applied for spouse visa separately without accommodation proofs.

Proof of accommodation isn't required to apply for a dependent visa.
