FLR(M) Application- Pending since July

Hi All,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I am posting on behalf of my wife to see if anyone else is still in the same boat (hard to see from the timelines).

FLR(M) on the basis of my ILR (Tier 2 5 Years)
Original Submission: 2nd of July 2020
IDV App submission: 12th of September 2020
Biometic Resubmission in person: 28th of January.

We've tried three escalations by phone and the emails received state still in progress. Is anyone in the same situation vis-a-vis timelines. Is this normal for IDV apps and is there any advice on what we can do to follow-up?

Why was there a resumbission of biometric details?

We had seen it had made a difference for some on this forum and booked an appointment to resubmit in the hope it would help move the process along.
