Relocating a spouse and her under 18 child from non-EU

Hello,

I'm settled in the UK with ILR would like to relocate (from non-EU) my spouse I just married with her dependant child (under 18) from previous partner.

Dear community, could you please share your experience on which evidence do we need to get so child is allowed to relocate together with mum? (How better prove that child do not need to stay abroad with other parent if they both in agreement)
