ILR SET M - No Appointment Email Confirmation & QR Code

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone know how long does it take to get the Appointment Confirmation Email with the QR code. We have just booked the appointment in Manchester for 22nd March 2021 and it shows on the Managed Services page of the UKVCAS account but we've not received a confirmation along with the QR code for the appointment.

We know that without QR code, we cannot attend the appointment so just wondering if it's usually delayed?

Thanks in advance everyone.

Some history:
We previously attended FRLM in Person in Liverpool in November 2018 and the ILR SETM has now been submitted online on 19 February 2021.
