MISPLACED LETTER DUE TO HOME MOVE

I MOVED TO A NEW HOUSE AND I GOT A CALL FROM THE NEW OCCUPANT OF THE OLD HOUSE THAT MY LETTER WAS SENT THERE. AFTER TRYING TO MEET THIS PERSON TO GET MY LETTER, IT TURNS OUT IT HAS BEEN MISPLACED.
PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO?

I HAVE A RESIDENCE CARD APPLICATION AS AN EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBER OF AN EU NATIONAL PENDING AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE CONTENT OF THE LETTER IS.
I HAVE NOT DONE BIOMETRICS YET.

Hello

Go here immediately and update your address with the Home Office. It will take them time to update their records, but they will eventually do it.

Like that, they will have the correct address should they try to contact you again.
