1 or 3 years visa?

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know which type of visa you can get (1 or 3 years) after HSMP approval applied from the UK? I live here for 5 years so far as a student.

It will be one year, I applied for a work permit after being here 2.5 years and only received a one year permit.

thats correct. the initial FLR will be for a 1 and then you will get 3 years at the end of that one year, if you meet the conditions. For EJ you however will be able to apply for ILR after only 5months of your 2nd extension
