Transfering from Tier 2 ICT to Skilled visa

Hi All,

I am in Uk and on Uk ICT Tier 2 visa, as per new updates from HRMC it is allowed to switch to skilled visa which is like tier 2 General,

I have question here my ICT expires in 2023, if i get a new sponsor and job offer in skilled visa route , am i allowed to switch to new Visa without going back to my country ?

As i got valid visa until 2023, if my current employer end my sponsorship and relieved me from job early would i allowed to stay in Uk until new Visa process completes ?

Can anyone guide me in this regard. Thanks in Advance

yes u can switch ..
and you can stay in country till your application is processed... but i would recommend get your application in priority and dependent on normal..
