Technical changesof employment

Anyone knows how much time does HO takes to respond an submition of
Technical changes of employment
by the employer. Is there any contact where one could ask for the progress?

I had to follow up with both the emlpoyer (HR dept is least bothered) and HO. It took around 3-4 weeks as far as I remember.
