Below timeline came in SAR (detailed)

4/12/2010 Applicant entered Uk on Tier4 Valid until 24/5/2013
28/1/2013 Tier4 Vaild until 29/6/2013
26/6/2013 Applied Tier1 Entreprenur Rufused on 13/2/2015
22/9/2015 Reconsider case and Refused 28/6/2016
13/7/2016 Appealed and Ongoing
13/8/2017 Grant Spouse LTR valid until 12/2/2020
26/1/2020 Applied Spouse LTR Valid Until 25/7/2022

Yesterday i heard that Super Priority is reopen again, I hve applied Set (LR) January 2021 and done biometrics same month, would it be better to wait for decision or can i apply again to get fast decision ?

granted iLR on Set (LR) basis. My wife is british so what are the required documents at the time of applying naturalisation
