Waiting for BRP

Is there a delay in issuing BRPs? I have been waiting for my BRP, the approval date was 03/03/21.

If you have not received your BRP within 10 days after you've got your decision letter, you can contact TNT to know its status.

However, I would expect some delays due to the current lockdown situation.
