Help and clarification please

Post by tei123 » Wed Mar 24, 2021 6:07 am

I recieved my indefinite in 2019 and want to apply for naturalisation.
Previous immigration history is as follows:
I came to the UK 07/07/ 2007 as a visitor. Overstayed which am not proud off.
Got married to my British wife 2012 and made an application for FRO which was refused in September 2013 and was asked to leave the UK.
Went back to my home country to apply for entry clearance which was granted in January 19.2014 but I came back February 24.2014.

Now the question is would I be refused on the ground of good character?if yes when can I safely apply .

Please advise.
Kind regards

and was asked to leave the UK.
I think you may safely apply at least 10 years after departing the UK.
