Hello,
My Wife is currently on spouse visa (Valid till: 05/05/2021), we will need to apply for her visa extension soon. Can you please guide me to the URL for the application form for this Visa extension? Also what will be the total fees for the extension including NHS surcharge? Also can we apply for same day service? Does UKBA accepting same day applications?
Thanks!

1.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -form-flrm
2. £1033 visa fee plus £1560 IHS fee plus UKCVAS biometric appointment fee, which varies.
3. There is no super priority service at them moment. It is suspended. Only standard service is available. You have to apply onlin, upload documents digitally and make an appointment at ukcvas (third party agency) to enroll biometrics and for identity check. Ther is no longer an in person same day service with UKVI premium centres, it ceased in November 2018.
It is UKVI and not UKBA.

My Wife is currently on spouse visa (Valid till: 05/05/2021), we will need to apply for her visa extension soon. I have two questions:
Question-1) During her initial stay in UK as spouse of British Citizen (2.5 years) she was outside ok UK for 5 months due to family emergency & covid Situation. Will this be a problem for her Visa Extension?
Question-2) Before getting the spouse visa she was a student in UK & she passed IELTS to get student visa does she need English test again for Visa Extension?
Thanks!

1. No since there's no limit but you have to declare those time spent outside of the UK.
2. Yes probably because the English test must be done from the approved list and it is the required level. A2 minimum for FLR
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.

2. If she completed her studies here and has a degree taught in English, you do not need the English test again. Her degree is sufficient

Hello,
Thanks for your reply. She didn't complete her degree. She took IELTS academics to get the admission to a masters degree course, After 8 months of studies she had to put her degree on hold due to a health issue. Her IELTS academics was in 2017. so does she need to take english test again?

she needs a new A2 level English test for extending her visa. check the list of the approved English centre in UK at the government website.

If possible, then do the B1 English, so she may
reuse it, right up to citizenship.

The grades above are NOT meant for Australian immigration purpose but for UKVI only. You need to check that independently.

The above grades is meant for application relating to UKVI so you need to check separately for Australian grades. PTE academic for UKVi is among the approved list of test approved by the UKVI please read what was said above.

It is only available for certain routes. Spouse visa is not one of them at this stage.

Hello,
My wife is applying for her spouse visa extension next week. she has her degrees assessed from NARIAC. NARIC letter confirms that english proficiency level is C1 (CEFR)
Is that enough for her spouse visa extension?
Thanks!

Did you apply for both the comparable and English assessment or only the English assessment??
I have also merged all your topics. No need to start a new topic with each new question you have.

2nd Letter: English Language Proficiency Statement: According to this she has CEFR level C1
