Hi,

Sorry for the confusion. I have heard that home office is going to issue new rules for the tier 1 Visas and making it stricter than before. I was plannng to apply in dec-jan so I am curious and worried about the new rules that may come. Does any of the member know what rules are going to come??

i am also applying in DEC i didn't read any where about the changes...WHO TOLD YOU THIS? Can u provide us the link for this news?....

Hi, British High Commission recently modified Tier 1 General Rules, I don't think they not gonna modify rules for every 6 months or so. They have lot other things to worry about. Please post when you come to know something concrete. Don't post the rumors.
