Post by Cash01 » Tue Mar 30, 2021 2:11 pm

Hi Admins.

My Question is

1. I am on ILR my self employed income for 2019-2020 is £21,000 Net Profit and i would like to apply for Spouse visa.Due to pandemic i had a great impact on my income for 2020/2021 and is way too low. I haven't submitted yet its due on April 6.

Can anyone please advice is there any new guidelines on home office for new application applying for Spouse Visa on Self Employed income criteria

2. How many Years SA302 has to be submitted,Do we need to submit bank statements as well?

3. Is capital Gains Calculate as self employed income?

Why don't you apply before the financial year runs out?
