Dependent/Partner evidence when switching to Skilled Worker visa

Hello,
My partner and I are in the UK on an ICT visa (and dependent). I will be swapping to a Skilled Worker visa for a new role with my employer and I understand my partner will need to swap at the same time. Will we need to go through the same process of showing our relationship is genuine and subsisting with all of the documentation again or do they recognise we've already done that for the current ICT visa? Would appreciate any guidance or experience if you've been through this.
