Dependant need an enlish certificate?

Hi Everyone,

One of my relative will make an skilled worker application from Turkey. Applicant has got B1 english certificate but dependant doesnot have that is it requirement for the dependant too ?

I could not find the information through website neither on gov.uk

Cannot see an English requirement for Skilled worker dependants, except when applying for ILR.
