Dependent ILR Application

Hi,

Myself along with my spose and son completing five years of residency in UK by May 2021.

I will be applying for ILR in June 2021 for myself and my dependents.

I need clarification since my son age is now 19 years will he be eligible to apply for ILR dependent visa (as he above 16 years in June 2021).

Anyone over 18 must sit the test and provide English language evidence too.

I have mine and my spouse degree certificates got endorsed by UK NARIC which was done while processing Tier-2 General Visa is this sufficient for both of us
