Do I need to upload and Submit Previous Passports

Post by MYA » Mon May 03, 2021 1:11 pm

Dear Board Members

I have recently applied for my wife’s citizenship application and biometric appointment is booked on 26th May 2020.
I have uploaded and also submitted supporting documents.

As she has applied as a spouse of British citizen she needs to show 3 years travel history from the date of submission of application.

I submitted ALL PAGES of her current passport which she is using from last 5 Years for travelling , which also covers the required 3 years requirement.

She has also two other expired passports including the one on which she has entry clearance and used it when she first entered in U.K. in 2011.

Now my question is do I need to submit those two expired passports as well in her naturalisation application as I can’t see any guidance on this.

As the biometric appointment is on 26th May so still I can upload them if I have to submit them!!!!!!

Please guide me on the previous two passports matter.

Regards.

Only the passport(s) covering the residency period are required - three years in your case.
There is no requirement to document entry and other visas by way o expired passports.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.
