My situation is my first T1 investor dependent visa issued on 20-01-2017 and expired on 15/12/2017 (because main application visa expired on same day and applied the ILR).
Then I renewed my visa on same T1 dependent route, however, it was taken more than 1 year to approve.
The new visa started on 10/1/2019 until 09/1/2022.
My confusion is that am I eligible to apply ILR as I will qualify to leave to remain in UK for 5 years when my visa expired. Or I should apply extension for my visa as I didn’t have full 5 years visa on Dependent visa?
