Posting this for my collegue.

8 Sep 2015 to 9 Aug 2016 - Ict dependent visa
9 August 2016 to 3 jul 2017 in India for delivery
3 Jul 2017 to 14 Aug 2018 - ict dependent visa
From 14 August to 2018 to 21 jan 2019 in India to process tier 2 general
From 21 jan 2019 23 feb 2020 - Tier 2 General
23 Feb 2020 to 20 Sep 2020 locked in India because of covid flight cancelled
20 Sep 2020 -Till date - Tier2 general

Is she eligible to apply for PR ?

She needs 5 years on tier 2 general before she can apply for ilr and must meet all the requirements
