First Child Passport and Spouse Visa?!

Hello.

I am going to apply for spouse visa for my wife in January 2022. She is pregnant and due in december 2021. As i am british by other than descent i can apply for british passport for my son. Will i have to make two applications? One spouse visa and other first child passport? And if so will i have to mention our son in her application. If baby is due in december this means spouse visa application and first child pssport application will be sent at same time. I just want to get my wife and new born to Uk at the same time. Please tell me the best way.
