As i am non eu national if she cancel my visa then i will be more vulnerable here thats is the reason still i am compromising.
She can't cancel your visa, it's not up to her to decide on your visa. Report her and let her know that you're not taking the abuse anymore. Give evidence, and walk away from this relationship.Wasim020290 wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 4:26 pmAs i am non eu national if she cancel my visa then i will be more vulnerable here thats is the reason still i am compromising.

So are you going to provide the blackmailing money to the OP?irishman003 wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 4:36 pmthe best way even though I know is gonna hurt, is to fix the relationship until you get your EU 3 permanent card
Of course, littlerr, he should report if he wants, I am just providing different angle for him to look, I am sure he is not stupid and he knows the right way is to report to Garda, simple thing to do, but why he was still posting here?littlerr wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 5:38 pmSo are you going to provide the blackmailing money to the OP?irishman003 wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 4:36 pmthe best way even though I know is gonna hurt, is to fix the relationship until you get your EU 3 permanent card
You can't fix a relationship when someone clearly just wants to blackmail you. Abusers need to be reported.
I understand your concern, I suggest you to consult a solicitor, maybe have a search here 'domestic violence' to have a look of other's peoples story.Wasim020290 wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 10:06 pmThe thing is that from both side we do not want engage in a physical violence because of child interest .
I was comprising all her abusing blackmailing because of child interest and my residence matter.
But now criticism abusive behaviour is day by day going worse.
If i report to garda that we are in abusing relationship and cant live together will it works as domestic violence permission to stay here? She will help all paperwork i believe for our child interest .
I am scared to apply only because heard minister is not giving permission for domestic violence non eu national easily. Because by chance if minister cancel my visa i will loose work right and it eill be very hard for me to survive.
Sorry, no one can actually advise about the success rate...but is going to be a long long process no matter what is the result. What do you mean they can apply only through?Wasim020290 wrote: ↑Thu May 20, 2021 10:04 pmHi irishman
Do you have any idea about the success rate of domestic violence case in ireland? Although i mentioned that we do not want involve in a physical violence for the child best interest. But my partner is willing to do the all paperwork for me for the child interest before she moving to her country . What do you think? I contacted irish lawyer they said they can apply only through the all circumstances thats all.
Hi we are not married at all. Our child was born in another eu country. Our non marital partnership in more than 7 years. Child is 4 years almost now. What is my right then if we can not stay together ?reachsid wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 4:26 pmSorry to hear, it is a tough time to deal.
I can speak from my experience, Independent visa will NOT be issued for Stamp 4 EUFAM holders.
I have gone through similar situation with my ex-partner after a year of marriage and I applied for Independent visa(with proof of abuse) but it was refused, response was to apply for EU5 after divorce. - This was in 2016.
We got divorced in 2020 and applied for EU5 (waiting for response)
Get in touch in community bodies like Amen or Immigrant Council, don't take abuse this will effect long-term.
Good luck.
Hi obie
Thank you Obie for reply. We did not involve in physical violence never because always i tried to be stay quiet because of child future amd also my immigration matter. You can imagine it where is my situation .Obie wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 9:19 pmIt will not be the most straightforward of cases, but it will be around you applying for access rights for your son through the courts and applying on his basis, as you have not reported to GP or receiving treatment for emotional abuse, so proving will be tough.
