Set O or Set M ?

Hi Seniors,
I attended my british citizenship ceremony today. (Route - Tier 2 General Visa) .
And my wife is eligible to apply for ILR as she will be completing 5 years on Tier2 General Dependant visa (as my partner) next month. ( ~28 days)
We are confused as to which form should we be applying her ILR application under - Set O or Set M ?

Kindly suggest.
