Sincere apologies if this question has been treated previously.

I have my naturalisation BRP appoint tomorrow in Leeds but I can’t make it. I have just read on their website (whilst on the move - very busy day) that no refund if cancelled less than 48hrs before appointment, is there a way to recoup money already paid? Thanks
