Hi, I’m posting this on behalf of my employee as she is not able to post it here
My company had sponsored her visa for 3 years and she had received the Tier 2 General visa in Dec 2020.
She has subsequently taken up a new role (within my company) and moved to that role (internal transfer) since Feb 2021.
We have the following questions now:
1. Should the employee/company notify the Home Office about the change in her role?
2. Is a new COS required?
3. If the Home Office is not notified, will it be an issue when going for COS and visa extension at the end of 3 years?
4. Do we need to suggest any amendment sent to UKBA?
