IHS Refund

Hi

My wife had (successfully) applied for an extension to her PBS dependent visa which was expiring on 15-July-2021. She has been granted leave till 24-Nov-2022, which is the same date as my visa expiry date.

She was charged IHS for full 2 years, but given the extension was granted for 1 year 4 months and 9 days.

The visa was applied on 24th April 2021, which was more than more than 1year 6months away from the date of till the visa extension was given.

Is she due an IHS refund? If no why? How do we apply for it?
