Tier 1 Approval in 45 Days !!!

Hi,

I got my Tier 1 visa stamped today after 45 days of my submission of applicaton !!

But, my VISA type mentioned on the vigentte is:

- Tier 1 (Entrepeneur) Migrant

and under 'Obsn' section it is written:

- Work limited to own business.

This is quite strange actually because all through my documents and application form I always used Tier 1 (General) !!

But in my application documents, I showed two sources of earnings:

1) Salaried Employment
2) Independant contractor

Do these sources made them believe that I qualify as a 'Entrepeneur' and NOT as a salaried individual ?

Any urgent help will be highly appreciated !

If you had filled the Tier 1 General form, then BHC obviously made a mistake and stamped the wrong visa...get in touch with VFS or BHC as soon as possible..

This is a very strange issue. I Think it is a mistake of british high commission only.

When you applied VFS global must have given you an acknowledgement of the application. It will be clearly mention that t is for Teir 1 General. So carry that acknowlegement and the passport also all the original docs that u have snt for the visa and visit the VFS office.

They will take them will get intouch with BHC. They will help you with the issue. Dont worry it should be done.

I have contacted VAC and they have given me appointment to bring my passport alongwith original docs.

I hope it will get sorted soon.
