Can I show bank statement of personal-account in India?

Can I show bank statement of personal-account in India?

I will be applying for Post Study Work visa from India.. and it will be difficult for me to get latest statements of UK-bank....

So, can I use personal account of India?

Plz suggest! searched whole forum - can't see this information anywhere...
