Does CIFAS marker affects Tier 2 Application?

So, 4 months ago I got an unknown payment in my account which I accidently used thinking it was send by my Uncle in UK. Before I coukd realise what happened, my Monzo bank account was closed and I was given a CIFAS marker which will last for 6 years. I am really worried about my immigration in UK. Will this affect my Visa extension and my current sponsered company?

PS: All thise Tier 2 VISA holders, please be viligant all the time. Banks are now super smart in tracing any unsual activity, if you suspect anything, report then and there.

UK has lots of appeal process and ombudsman services to protect ordinary people.
Try cifas appeal or complain to bank ombudsman to remove the marker.
