Yet another "when can I submit my application" question

I know there are plenty of these out there and I have read them all. Still, being overzealous with this sort of thing, I would like another set of eyes at my thinking here:

Date I was granted Leave to Enter (Tier 2 General): 09 August 2016
Date I entered the UK: 29 August 2016
Earliest day I can apply for ILR: 12 July 2016 (28 days before the 5-year anniversary of 09 August 2016)

Have I got it right?
