Missing (not wrong) Job Code on an assigned CoS

On my CoS the job type (where employer selects occupation code) is missing. This is so odd because job type is a mandatory question and so in theory employer cannot create a CoS without filling it in. But on my CoS the job type was left empty, nothing there, and the CoS was successfully assigned. I asked my employer to ring up the Home Office helpline and they said there was a system glitch and advised my employer to add a sponsor note with the job code. But honestly I am still worried, as the guidance suggests if 'wrong job code' is selected employer must create a new CoS.

Should I be worried about it? If it does lead to a refusal, I guess I can still file another application as this is not my fault?
