FLR M Letter for accommodation/ Housing report?

Hi Guys,

My wife's spouse visa is up for renewal next month and I am trying to gather all the paperwork together. So my query relates to the housing requirement. At the time of entry clearance I had a solicitor doing all the things but now for an extension she wants to charge £900 even though my case is straight forward, so I have decided to do it myself.

So basically we live with our parents as was the case during the entry clearance. So I am assuming I need some sort of letter or affidavit from my parents saying we could live in the house. Also is there any template for such a letter I could use? I am aware that I should also provide a Mortgage statement, Land registery and council tax bill for the house from my parents.

One other requirement at the Entry Clearance was the housing report for overcrowding, now do I have to get one again for the extension as well?
