Turkish tourist visa for a UK resident

We are planning on your to Turkey in November for a family holiday .
I am British and my partner has a spouse visa.
Does anyone know how he can apply for Turkish visa?
Do I as a British citizen need a visa to go to Turkey along side the kids.
Anyone know how my partner can apply for Turkish visa from the UK as a resident.
Help is needed ASAP

That will depend on his passport.

For Turkey, a British citizen passport-holder (you) can apply for an e-visa online.

There is a long detailed list on the Turkish MFA website about which passport-holders need to apply for visas physically and which can apply for e-visas.
