Anyone else having problems uploading to UKVACAS? Workaround included in thread

I am currently unable to upload documents to UKVACS using Chrome.

I know exactly why this is - in very simple terms, they have misconfigured the upload server so that it doesn't authorise scripts running on their website to upload documents to it. Much more technical detail at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS

Ironically, since the misconfiguration only affects modern browsers, if you have Windows you can work around it by uploading the files using Internet Explorer (not Edge). Hope this info helps someone.

Does anyone here have a contact of an intelligent person there who can get this fixed ASAP? It must be causing loads of problems.

I have no intention whatsoever of wasting time trying to alert them by going through the premium rate phone line technical support cause I know with 99% confidence they will be useless.

Just to add, it also worked with Firefox for me when I uploaded them in Late July 2021.
