MN1 Clarification

Hello,

We intend to proceed with MN1 registration and have a couple of clarifications

Background:

• Both parents on Tier 2 when child was born in the UK

• One parent has now received ILR

I have run through a draft MN1 application and the following documents are to be provided

• Child Passport
• Child Birth Certificate
• Child present BRP
• Consent letter from parents (assume there is no template)
• Proof of Parental responsibility (can provide child birth certificate)
• Proof of settled status (this will parent with ILR status)
• Parents Marriage Certificate
• 2 Referee declaration

Questions

• I assume that all documents are to be scanned and uploaded to UKVCAS and originals are not to be submitted

• Professional referee is a challenge. Can I submit reference from 2 'normal british citizens' and submit a cover letter as GP, schools are not willing to support

• Any Part 1/Part 2 consent letters to be submitted?

• Is there anything obvious that I have not covered?
