ILR and naturalisation

I have received my ILR 2 months ago under Long Residence. I think I will b eligible for naturalisation in 1 year time. Will it be any problem if i live outside UK for 2-3 months? What will be the effect for my wife visa... i mean when she will be eligible for ILR after 2 years time. SHe gonna be out of UK for 6-8 months time... she currently have 2 years dependent visa
