Ceremony documents not received by Council

Hi,
Last week, I received my Citizenship Invitation letter dated 06/08/2021. The local council named on the letter told me they haven't received the documents for the ceremony yet! What is the best email address to contact HO to check on this? Thank you.

Hi there,
Any news?
I am calling the council for two weeks and they reply that the certificate is not yet with them.
