Dependent of ILR (SET-LR)holder

Hello,

Can you let me know how to apply for the dependent visa/British passport for ILR holder?

1. Myself - ILR via 10 year route (Previously ICT Established staff from 2011)
a. I believe I can apply for Citizenship after 1 year of ILR

2. Spouse
There is a 7 months break in her 10 years in UK as she went to India during birth of first child.
Hence I would like to apply for spouse via.
Does the process a, b and c look correct?
a) FLR-M for 2.5 + 2.5 years via below link

3. Child born outside UK (India) - came to UK 7 years back (was 3 months then)
Is the process exactly same as the spouse? -
a) FLR-M for 2.5 + 2.5 years
b) ILR after 5 years
c) Citizenship after 1 year of ILR

4. Child born in UK (did not apply for Indian passport)
a) Can I apply for the citizenship in the link below?
