IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET?

My HSMP application was approved recently before I came accross this board and I am presently preparing my documents for EC. When I received my approval package, it contained all my original docs except the filled application form which I feel I may need for future reference/records. my questions:

1. Can HO send a photocopy of my application form to me if I requested for it?

2. Should I email my caseworker directly for such a request or HSMP Office?

Why do you feel that you need a copy of the HSMP application? You need the HSMP approval letter from the HO and the documents required for EC.

I can't see any reason that you'd ever need the application itself.

in any case larry wouldn't you have made a copy of the filled form prior to sending the package to HO? i doubt if they would accede to your request since they are through with you (positively anyway)

You do not need to submit your HSMP application form for EC. anyway how bout you tell us more bout your case
