Visa expiring but no bio-metric dates available - IELTS at previous application

Post by mrbzu » Tue Oct 05, 2021 5:59 pm

HI,
My wife visa initial 2.5 years visa expiring on 15 october. i have submitted the application on 1st October but there is no biometric appointment available and nearest one is 28th October. there are paid appointments available before 15th for £112. I still need to submit documentation on ukvcas website. i hope it will not miss her visa timeline but just checking to make sure. can someone confirm?

Also for documents can i provide documents dated before 28th or it has to be dated before 1st October when i applied.

Also just checked my wife provided B1 IELTS at the time of initial application, is this still valid for extension?

The date of application is the date you submit and pay online and not the biometric appointment date.

Supporting documents must be dated on or before the 1st October, the date of application.

Fine for English test provided the test and test centre is still on the current UKVI approved list.
