Can I apply to British citizenship with incorrect in Details personal information in p45?

You don't need to submit a P45. P60s are sufficient - one per year.

2019 p60
2020 council tax
2021 council tax
What should I submit on 2017??? Can I submit bills gas or electric , bank statement
I am non EU country . I have EU settlement card
