Brtish passport supporting documents not received yet

Hello,

I received my british passport on 11/10/2021. However I have yet not received my supporting documents (indian passport and naturalization certificate). Its been 9 working days after getting my passport and really worried as i have an appointment next week wednesday (27/10/21) to surrender my indian passport. Does any one know approximate time line to receive supporting documents from HMPO bootle currently. What is the best way to contact them. I tried to call the HMPO helpline but due to high volume of calls it gets disconneted.

Common problem being commented on.
It seems currently taking around two weeks for support docs to arrive.
The HMPO Passport Helpline seems very busy currently so it may be worth waiting a few more days.
