Query regarding post dated visa, accommodation proof & f

Dear all,

Can some one so kind to answer my below query.

1. Can I apply for post dated visa? If yes, how many maximum advance months one can apply?

2. Do accommodation proof is mandatory for tier1?

For your kind information, I do not know any one in who stays in UK. Hence it is vary difficult for me to arrange accommodation proof. If it is mandatory, can I show any hotel booking as a accommodation proof ?

3. I have been maintained 28000GBP for last three month in my salary account. Three month back, I have received a large amount from my parent. As I am going to submit last one year statement as a income proof. Hence it is not possible to hide this large transaction in the three bank statement.

Will it be a problem?
Do I need to submit any proof to show that the amount I have received from my parent?

As per the above reply, I need to submite proof to prove that I have received money from my perents. Can some one so kind to guide me what kind of proof I need to submite?
Do I need to submit my perents bank statement?
or I need to submit a deed?
