Children naturalisation

Hi
I am an irish naturalised citizen.
My kids were born here before my naturalisation.
I have following question regarding to that.

1. Does my citizenship facilitate to get irish citizenship for my kids somehow? And if it is so;

2. In case of moving me and my kids out of ireland, do they (my kids) have the same chance to apply for irish citizenship as the children of naturalised parent?
