Declaration of loyalty form

Hey everyone, I've been sent a backdated April letter by the Citizenship office saying I need to complete the Declaration of fidelity to the nation and loyalty to the State and send documents before 30th May 2021 but I only received this letter on 1st Nov 2021 by post. What should I do now? Should I complete the form and send relevant documents or not?
These jokers also sent me some other person's approval letter to me by mistake and backdated his letter as well to April. What a joke of an office I tell ya!! :shock:
