kids born outside UK citizenship without ILR

I have british Passport
my wife got ILR
2 of my kids who born in UK got British Passport
remaining children born in Pakistan are under 18 and have completed 10 years lawfully in UK and are on the visa of 7 years rout at the moment.
Can I apply citizenship of these children directly without applying their ILR?
if yes please give reference as well.
