Regarding 180 days of absence

Post by Nik87 » Tue Nov 30, 2021 9:01 pm

@Zimba or @CR001 Reading through this page it says below. Is this valid?
https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to- ... -work-visa

If you’re applying as a dependant on your partner’s Skilled Worker, Sportsperson, Minister of Religion, Tier 1, Tier 5, Global Talent or Innovator visa, you must have spent no more than 180 days outside the UK in any 12 month period.

I came to UK on Tier2 General and now settled in UK, my wife is eligible for ILR but earlier this year for Parental health care we had to spend more than 180 out of UK.
