This is very positive for so many people...littlerr wrote: ↑Fri Dec 03, 2021 1:28 amhttps://www.rte.ie/news/ireland/2021/12 ... cy-status/
Immigrants who have spent 4 years (or 3 years with children) without permission will be able to regularise their status.
If 4 year criteria is fulfilled then even people with revoked visas can apply.finalversion_2k wrote: ↑Fri Dec 03, 2021 11:17 amI don't think revocation cases will be included or consider in this.. On justice.ie they wrote test cases.

Unfortunately no.Emr wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 2:45 pmHi all,
Can you please advise on below :
1: EU treaty right visa of 5 year revoked in 2020 . Does these 5 years will be counted as undocumented as the visa was revoked by EU treaty?
2: since EU treaty visa revoked I made an appeal in 2020 and since then have temperary stamp 4 three time and temporary stamp 4 is still valid. Does temporary stamp 4 counted as documented or undocumented from this scheme view point ?
Revocation cases included in this scheme, it stated clearly on justice.ie website.finalversion_2k wrote: ↑Fri Dec 03, 2021 11:17 amI don't think revocation cases will be included or consider in this.. On justice.ie they wrote test cases.

Revocation of a stamp means that the time you have spent on that particular stamp that is 5 or whatever number of years cannot be considered as having been spent as a legal resident in the State meaning you were staying as an undocumented person during this time.dubnew wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 10:40 amUnfortunately no.Emr wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 2:45 pmHi all,

You had valid permission till 2020 and your permission revoked in 2020 and u still have temporary permission in the state.
You are eligible if ur permission had been revoked in 2017 or before and do not have even temporary permission and still in state on pending section 3 application.

I wish they should accommodate everyone if someone do not have permission in this country and the rest time will prove.Alixlboy wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 12:16 pmRevocation of a stamp means that the time you have spent on that particular stamp that is 5 or whatever number of years cannot be considered as having been spent as a legal resident in the State meaning you were staying as an undocumented person during this time.dubnew wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 10:40 amUnfortunately no.Emr wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 2:45 pmHi all,

Even the solicitors are not sure about the question posted by OP. One solicitor has said that most probably such people will all be included.
I think we must not reply any such questions based on our personal opinion or without an official source of information as this might cause stress and anxiety for people like OP.
If in doubt, say nothing and time will tell. Everyone must stay positive for the meanwhile though as DOJ claims to have worked on making this scheme as inclusive and broader as possible. So let’s see if their claim is right or not.
Hi dubnew: when the department revoke the EU stamp they revoke from the inception i.e the very 1st date it was granted and not at the date of revokation letter, they mentioned in the letter that permission was never valid at all.dubnew wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 10:40 amUnfortunately no.Emr wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 2:45 pmHi all,

And about temporary stamp: at you know temporary stamp doest give any right . Temporary stamp is temporary as the name suggest and can be cancelled at anytime or may not be renewed further.
